As digital media officer, I managed content on the service’s website and intranet.

 

Apart from BAU, I conducted audits of both channels, reviewing pages for currency, redundant and missing content and identifying page owners,

 

I also lead development of two new subject areas on LAS intranet concerning bullying in the workplace and protection against internet fraud. I advised on structure and scope of content, created pages and edited copy.
